Samidha Foundation bettering lives of the girl child

Gurugram March 31 dmanewsdesk: Samidha Welfare Foundation is a unique home  in Gurugram which currently shelters over 50 girls, aged between 5-18 years. They are provided boarding and food apart from quality education – completely free of cost.

Samidha promotes the cause of underprivileged girl children and facilitates in  realising their full potential and achieving their goals in life. Established as an NGO, it is backed by Rise Infraventures Ltd, one of fastest growing real estate companies in India. It has already helped dozens of girls excel in varied fields from sports to academics. Their mission is the shape the lives of less privileged & neglected, bringing them closer to their dreams by extending best possible support backed by high quality education coupled with life-skills training which helps them reach their full potential.

Besides backing this philanthropic project, Rise Infraventures also endeavours to deliver a professional buying experience of owning homes in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and overseas.
Samidha aims to fulfil the basic necessities of life of young girls particularly from economically & socially backward classes by providing food, healthcare and shelter. Apart from being provided quality education, the girls are encouraged to participate in diverse extra-curricular activities like dance, yoga, art and music.
Samidha has on its rolls several young girls who have made it to the national level in  tennis, kabaddi and yoga.

“Samidha is associated with several schools and educational institutions which helps to bring about a perceptible in the lives of the children,” says Mr Shantanu Gambhir from Rise Infraventures.

“The children are actively encouraged to enroll in various co-curricular activities ranging from sports to yoga and music,” emphasised Karisma Sethi who is the backbone behind this noble initiative.
